Coaching

“You were so easy to open up to and confide in.  You were skilled at making me feel safe to share and grapple with hurt alongside you, many realisations were down to the space you gave me to do this.”

Do you feel that you have unlocked potential, want to feel more accomplished and content in your role and in living out your calling? Or are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, not sure which way to turn with a particular issue you are facing? Or do you simply want to reflect on where you are and where you want to be and to seek to move forwards?

Coaching can help you to make shifts in any and more of these scenarios. Over a series of sessions, I will work with you to help you explore the issues that you want to bring, encouraging you as you seek to make changes that will help you to flourish as a person and in your role.

Having someone to reflect with you on who you are and what makes you your unique self, can help you to flourish.

I offer one hour sessions at £55 per hour. I don’t want cost to be prohibitive however, and always have a few ‘pay what you can’ spaces available. Talk to me if this is something you’d like to take up.

  • We meet via zoom. This means I work with people all over the UK and beyond (as long as time zones align!).
  • You can book a one-off session. Perhaps you just want to talk a specific one-off situation through, or you want to try out coaching to see if it’s for you.
  • Or work with me for as long is as helpful for you. Many clients work with me long-term, as a way of working through the day to day of work life, and finding clarity and purpose, or as part of their accountability structure. We review our working arrangement regularly, so there’s no need to feel like you have to keep on meeting. When the time is right you will move on.
  • I usually suggest monthly sessions if you’re looking for an accountability pattern of working, or for longer term.
  • For shorter term work I suggest you aim for 5 – 6 sessions, two to three weekly, or monthly.
  • But everything is flexible, and it’s what’s right for you that is important. However, I do suggest that there is some regularity, to make the most of the support, and the work that you are doing.
