Success! You're on the list.

is coaching for me?

Coaching can support you to work stuff through. I know that sounds basic, but at the heart of a coaching partnership is the person coming to talk and the coach who listens deeply and works with you to support you to get to where you want to be.  We all at times need that person who will listen deeply, in a non-judgemental way, to help us work out how we can bring change, live a more fulfilled life, and re-kindle our passion and energy for the important stuff of life.

finding solutions….exploring possibilities…

Coaching sessions can help you find solutions and realise your potential. I help you to look at things from a different perspective, explore feelings, challenges, and possibilities.  Coaching can help you work through issues you’re facing, and assist you to reach your potential. It’s ideal if you want to make some form of change and need some support with that. I’m here to believe in you and your potential, cheering you on along the way!

Other ways of working with me

I offer retreat days, creative workshops, group coaching, and spiritual direction.

I have experience of facilitating group work in various ways. I can lead a retreat day, facilitate coaching sessions for leadership teams, undertake a participatory project for your group using photography as a creative tool (or not if you’d rather we talk in groups another way). Or I could facilitate a workshop on young people and children’s spirituality and/or participation, drawing on my research and youth ministry specialism. I’d love to hear from you as to how we can work together.

Testimonials

“You provided a space to reflect on particular events and my response to them. The sessions brought clarity on specific issues, and enabled me to work through a defined area in detail.”

Thank you for your sensitive and compassionate facilitation of our Away Day. The balance of input and prompts for reflection, space to reflect, and time to share, was what we needed.
